Ecological Factory
Implementing Innovations in the Plastics Processing Industry for a Circular, Low-Emission, and Competitive Economy

Project Overview:
We are undertaking the Ecological Factory project to revolutionize the plastics processing industry through innovative process enhancements. Our primary focus is to introduce a technology that enables the reuse of plastic granulate in the injection molding process, fostering a shift towards a circular economy.

Funding Details:

• Total Project Value: PLN 55,494,406.50
• European Funds Contribution: PLN 21,844,002.50

Project expenses are co-financed by the Just Transition Fund.

Key Innovations:

1. Waste Recovery and Reuse:
   • Process Transformation: Implementing a new technology that recovers waste generated from injection molding.
   • Sustainability: Reusing this recovered plastic granulate without compromising the strength and quality of the raw material, aligning with circular economy principles.
2. Low-Pressure Foam Molding Technology:
   • Advanced Technique: Introducing a low-pressure foam molding process where a mixture of plastic and gas is injected into molds.
   • Efficiency and Quality: The process ensures tight mold surface filling through controlled temperature and decompression, resulting in products with a porous internal structure that meets desired properties.

Objectives:
The project aims to achieve sustainable economic growth, environmental protection, enhanced marketing capabilities, and superior product quality. These goals will drive the company’s competitiveness, foster innovation, and promote eco-friendly practices within the Silesian region and the broader plastics processing industry.

• Acquire Land: Purchase suitable land for the new facility.
• Construct Facilities: Build a state-of-the-art production and storage hall.
• Equip the Plant: Install necessary machinery, equipment, devices, and IT systems.
• Adopt Renewable Energy: Utilize photovoltaic installations to power operations sustainably.
